As Affin Hwang Asset Management works with a high volume of external agencies, our client wanted an office space that would support their efforts in developing close working relationships to maximize business flow efficiency.

An open plan served as the foundation of our solution, promoting movement and collaboration, while providing uninterrupted line of sight, communication and natural sunlight. Varying colors and ergonomics of work stations provide a certain brightness and activity to the space. Allowing the spaces to facilitate relationship building, especially between internal and external staff.

Additionally, we created a multi- functional event space - placed next to the entrance for easy access - that accommodates training sessions, group meetings, and team building activities.
