To provide a relaxed and intimate co-working space where members build their businesses in an inspiring and respectful environment, while building relationships with a supportive community. The guiding philosophy is that the more members drop their guard and connect on a human level, the smoother business relationships develop.

Organic wood and rattan textures in combination with earthy green and browns mimic the natural environment, providing an inspiring relaxed vibe.

As the pantry, meeting rooms and print stations are core amenities needed by all members, we centralized these amenities as part of a highly intentional layout, increasing chance encounters and facilitating relationship building. A gradient of public to private work spaces in varying ergonomics are provided to optimize productivity and collaboration, allowing for balance of “me” and “we” space.

Unexpectedly, the rattan swings became highly popular amongst members to carry out job interviews. Upon further investigation, we learnt that having a conversation on a swing makes people feel like a child again, allowing for an open and honest conversation. Ultimately assisting members to accurately assess candidates.
